The building was constructed and designed by David & Goliath Builders. It is a 14,000 square foot facility that is multi-tenant. David & Goliath Builders finished off 1,800 square feet for their new office and the rest of the building is currently for lease. "We designed a neo-transitional style all brick building. We have put all top shelf residential finishes in the building including 6 panel oak doors, large oak colonial casings and floor molding, ceramic tile, custom cabinets, etc. We wanted to a create an office environment that was like a home. We did not want the sterile commercial building that is prominent in the industry. We wanted our building to reflect to our customers exactly what we are capable of building for them in their new home." Said David Rodrigues, President of David & Goliath Builders, Inc. The building currently has up to 9,200 square feet available for immediate suite build out.
