David & Goliath Builders, Inc. is pleased to announce the development of their new landscape division. David & Goliath Builders, Inc. has been building custom homes and living spaces for over 17 years. We are adding to our professional building team of masonry and carpentry craftsmen, a landscape manager to focus on providing landscape services to our customers. Royal Clough has joined our professional building team to implement these new services. Roy brings over 17 years of landscaping and carpentry expertise to David & Goliath Builders professional building team. Roy was a partner in Gresl's Creative Landscaping and a Landscape Construction Manager at Hawk's Nursery. During his career, Roy has won the Landscape Award in the 1995 Parade of Homes and the Best in the Show at the Realtors' Home, Garden and Landscape Show. Roy also design and implemented our entire landscape plan at our new office building, on all of our model homes and is currently working on David & Goliath Builders customer landscape projects. "We began the landscape division because there was a definite need to provide complete turn-key services to our customers that were at affordable prices. In addition, we can include this in the customers' building or remodeling contract so they can incorporate these cost into the overall budget and financing from the start," said David Rodrigues, President of David & Goliath Builders, Inc. "In addition, the project is then complete. Our customers do not have to worry about completing the landscaping after they move in. It is part of the overall plan. The project is complete on the inside and the outside. We are also the only residential builder that employs its own framing carpentry, finish carpentry, and masonry craftsmen on staff full time. We do not subcontract any of these areas out. They are direct employees of David & Goliath Builders. This allows us to maintain a very high, consistent quality and a very tight schedule during the construction process. So it was a natural progression to add the landscape experts on to the staff as well. We have direct control over the most important aspects of construction," added Ann Rodrigues, Vice President of David & Goliath Builders, Inc. In addition to the craftsmen on staff, David & Goliath Builders also has a complete CAD (Computer Aid Design) staff, which utilizes a three dimensional program. The new David & Goliath Builders landscape division will work with clients to create complete custom landscape plans. We will also design an implementation program to fit into their budget. Our services will include installation of driveways, walkways, patios, retaining walls, decks, final grading, seeding, sod, nursery stock installation, weed barriers, landscape architectural lighting, mulch----complete landscape services.
