By maintaining our own crews we can also control the schedule. There are no delays waiting for subcontractors to show up.” One of the most important parts of a new home or remodeling project is the rough or framing carpentry and the finish carpentry. If the carpentry is done incorrectly it will affect the structure of the entire building. Another problem with subcontractors is that you have no control over what employees they are hiring. Are they experienced, do they care about the quality of their work, what short cuts may they be taking? All our employees have to measure up. We have excellent leadership and direct responsibility for our end product. We all have a personal stake in maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
