- Remove and dispose of:
- Cabinetry, counter tops, light fixtures and appliances. Save range, refrigerator, faucet and garbage disposal for re-installation.
- Drywall, tape, and finish with sand texture all repaired walls and ceiling in kitchen. Feather into existing.
- Stain and finish new millwork in kitchen.
- Provide and install under mount Moen Stainless Steel sink. Provide strainer basket and air gap.
- Re-install owner’s faucet and garbage disposal.
- Install owner’s dishwasher.
- Provide separate circuits for microwave, dishwasher, range, and garbage disposal.
- Vent range hood through attic/roof to outside.
- Refinish existing wood flooring in kitchen.
- Cabinets – Maple, full overlay doors with dark stain. Standard drawer slides.
- Kitchen – Granite or quartz stone counter tops. Cut for under mount sink. Standard edge
